Energize recruits creative interns with Instagram contest.

SummaryEnergize Amsterdam has organized a campaign to attract creative interns. Via Instagram the young talents are challenged to capture the agency’s attention with a single image. The most creative, confident and inspiring contestants will be invited for an interview and possibly earn their internship.
Every day we are exposed to thousands of advertisements. So earning attention from the audience has become increasingly difficult for advertising professionals. Therefore Energize Amsterdam is opening it’s doors for young creative talents who are able to appeal to the creative director with a single post on Instagram. Appropriately dubbed #SellYourSelfie, the contestants are encouraged to share their photo showing their raw talent.

The rules are simple; snap a photo in which you ‘sell’ yourself in a striking way. Share that photo using #SellYourSelfie on Instagram. You may use the description as body copy and be sure to tag @EnergizeAMS. Videos don’t count. Participants who can capture the curiosity of the creative director are invited for an interview.
